Video Trancript: In an elder law context, not all the issues may be able to be addressed by a single attorney. Some years back, the Medicaid qualification process became much more involved. We began to see small boutique law firms that worked, almost predominantly, in just this area of Medicaid planning. There are also other law firms that might provide specialized services for financial fraud or abuse of the elderly in a physical sense, such as, in nursing home care. These are elder law requirements that might mean multiple law firms or lawyers may be required to address these issues.
